Do I already need to know the type of machine?
No. That is one of the reasons you can contact us. We only need to know the product and the main packaging requirements.
Can I simply send a photograph?
Yes. A photograph is an excellent starting point. If you add the dimensions, weight and quantity to be packaged, we can make a more accurate assessment.
Do you only work with large companies?
No. An important part of our approach is dedicated to small and medium-sized businesses looking for a solution proportionate to their production.
Can you assess the material too?
Yes. The material is an integral part of the packaging project and must be compatible with the product, the machine and the application's requirements.
Do you also supply complete lines?
We can assess configurations that include the machine, loading equipment, conveyors, tables and other elements required for the process.
AN EXAMPLE OF SAVINGS:
Illustrative example for the same package size and quantity. The comparison covers material costs only; it excludes the machine, energy, labour and any production waste.
Preformed bags: 2,000 bags = €65
Cost per bag: 65 / 2,000 = €0.0325
For 5,000 bags: €162.50
Flowpack film roll; 1 roll = 5,000 bags; Weight: 22 kg at approximately €2.50/kg → €55
Cost per bag: 55 / 5,000 = €0.011
Savings: €162.50 − €55 = €107.50 per 5,000 bags
Switching from preformed bags to a film roll therefore brings savings of approximately €107.50 per 5,000 pieces, around 66% less in material costs.
